People and supervision
State who selects the gang, confirms competence, briefs the work, provides day-to-day direction and records time or output. A gang leader and a contractually responsible supervisor are not automatically the same role.
Resources and information
Allocate drawings, materials, call-offs, plant, small tools, lifting, access and protection. If one party depends on another, include the notice and readiness process.
Quality, programme and change
